Nutritional Counseling
Creating a healthy diet should be one of your first priorities after being diagnosed with diabetes. This can be a difficult challenge to tackle alone, but St. Croix Regional Medical Center is here to help. Robin Herr is our Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator. She can provide you with nutritional counseling and weight management counseling for Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes.
An important thing to remember about creating a diet is that your plan should be customized for your unique needs and body type. There is no “one-size-fits-all” diet plan. You need to make sure that your specific needs are being addressed. Call 1-800-828-3627 to schedule an appointment with Robin—a physician referral is required.
