Dr. Joseph Ruegemer specializes in all aspects of adult and pediatric disorders of the ear, nose, and throat, including endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring, sleep apnea, chronic ear infections and allergies.
St. Paul, Minnesota native, Dr. Ruegemer, graduated from the University of Minnesota, and continued his education at Madison, WI, where he received his M.S. Degree in Genetics and Agronomy.
Dr. Ruegemer earned his Medical Degree with honors from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He served several years in the United States Air Force as a flight surgeon and completed residency training in Otolaryngology. He finished a decorated military career at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, as Chief, Department of Surgery.
Dr. Ruegemer enjoys many outdoor activities, including fishing, biking, and running. |
