They are sponsored by St. Croix Regional Medical Center and financed by HUD 202 Supportive Housing, with rent based on income. Located in a beautiful, country setting with mature trees and a tranquil pond, this thirty-unit building offers such amenities as an exercise room, laundry room, community room with kitchen, and individual storage lockers.
