The Support Group meets the first Thursday of every month in the lower level of the hospital building from 5-6:30 PM. The program is facilitated by Dr. Pat Fettes and is offered at no cost to participants. You do not need to be seen by a provider at SCRMC to attend, and you do not need a referral.
The group is open to anyone needing help with pain management.
Please note that the support group will not meet in June.

A weekly play and discussion hour for parents and their infants (birth to 12 months). Join the group at any time. Attend as many sessions as you like. Topics include: sleep, reading baby’s cues, taking care of mom, baby sign, massage, nutrition, separation anxiety, music, family traditions and more.

Practice yoga poses and postures with sequencing grace. “Move with your breathing, Breathe with your moving. Some yoga experience is recommended.

No two people experience Alzheimer's disease in the same way. As a result, there's no one approach to caregiving. Responsibilities can range from making financial decisions to helping a loved one get dressed. Handling these duties is hard work, but resources and support are available to help you.
The Alzheimer's Support Group is intended to benefit caregivers and family members of those who have Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia.
Meets the last Tuesday of each month.
Beginner: 10:00 to 11:00 AM
Experienced: 11:30 to 12:30 PM

Sessions will be 4 weeks long and held every other month. Ideal for parents during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Learn about labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, postpartum care, infant feeding and tour the Birthing Center.

A fall series will be offered beginning October 5 and continuing to Nov. 12.
Providers, Nursing Staff and area EMS may attend. Training is mandatory for all Emergency Department nursing, supervisors and anyone that works first person ED.
Learning objectives:
*Describe appropriate medical management of trauma patients with designated health conditions.
*Describe key factors to identify the care and treatment of adult and pediatric trauma patients.
