Meets every Thursday of the month in the morning and the last Tuesday in the evening. All nursing mothers and babies are invited to participate. Instructor is a Breastfeeding Counselor. Expectant Parents

6:00-8:30 pm
Three Tuesday evening sessions. Ideal for parents during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Learn about labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, postpartum care, infant feeding and tour the Birthing Center. Instructor is a breast feeding counselor. Class offered every six weeks.
FEE: $40 per couple

Infant Massage
By appointment
Communicate your love through touch! Parents will learn to massage their babies. Please bring a blanket, hand towel, diaper change, bottle and your baby. Contact Physical Therapy Department at 715-483-0241 for more information. Classes are taught by Sue Ames-Lillie, CIMI.

Sessions are held Mondays from 2:00-3:30 pm and 6:00-7:.30 pm in the Learning Resource Center (LRC) at St. Croix Regional Medical Center. Use the front entrance of the hospital; take the elevator down one floor, turn right off the elevator and the LRC will be on your left.
Feel free to choose a time that best fits into your schedule, though we do encourage you to attend the same time session each week, in order to feel some continuity in your group.

Tai Chi Chuan
Class starts April 6 through June 9
12:00-12:45 pm
Ten Monday afternoon sessions. Tai chi's health training concentrates on relieving the physical effects of stress on the body and mind. Class held in the Physical Rehabilitation Department. All fitness levels welcome. Call the Education Department to register for the class.
Instructor is David Sullivan, LAc
FEE: $5 per session or $40 for 10 sessions.

Cancer Support Group
April 28
Meets the forth Monday of the month at 4:00 pm. Many people need to talk about cancer and their issues with someone who has or did have cancer; this group provides such a forum, encouraging opportunities for mutual support. The group is open to all who have been touched by cancer, including current patients, survivors, caregivers, families and friends. This group is open-ended, allowing members to join or leave as they need. Group is held in the Learning Resource Center of the hospital
