Diabetes Care Clinic
Any one diagnosed with diabetes, may participate in our special Diabetes Care Clinic. Ask your provider or their staff about the program or ask to speak with one of the diabetes care staff, Robin Herr or Kathy Johnson.
Flu Clinics Offered in October
Vaccines are still the best “tools” we have to prevent influenza. SCRMC will hold flu vaccine clinics at all sites in October (see schedule). Vaccines are encouraged for all ages, 6 months and older, especially people who have certain medical conditions including asthma, diabetes and chronic lung disease, pregnant women and people 65 years of age and older. Also household contacts and caregivers of those with the above mentioned medical conditions should be vaccinated.
Cindy Lundmark Named 2012 Health Care Advocate at Foundation Gala
The St. Croix Valley Health Care Foundation was pleased to select Cindy Lundmark, Vice President of Clinic and Ancillary Services of St. Croix Regional Medical Center, to receive the 2012 Health Care Advocate award. Dr. Bill Beyer announced the award, a well-kept secret, at the Foundation’s 17th annual fundraising gala dinner held at the Trollhaugen Conference Center on September 27th.

SCRMC Foundation Fundraising Gala Dinner is September 27th.
Grab your passports and get ready to embark on a special voyage because the Foundation Gala is on schedule and sets sail Thursday, September 27, in Dresser, Wisconsin. Yes, this year’s Gala cruise theme is “Anchors Aweigh,” and the “party” starts at 6:00 PM at the Trollhaugen Convention Center. You won’t want to miss the boat!
