News: Flu Clinics Offered in October

Vaccine appointments are available during regular clinic hours at all community clinics.  An appointment is helpful.

Call 1-800-828-3627 for a vaccine appointment at any of our locations.

Frederic, Ingalls/Webster, St. Croix Falls and Unity/Balsam Lake Community Clinics will assist you as needed.

The cost for the seasonal flu vaccine is $25 if paid date of service and not billed to insurance. Remember to wear a sleeveless top or something with a loose sleeve that can be pushed up to the shoulder.
